DESCRIPTION
Our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is crisp, bone dry with a hint of citrus running through as a result of the cool fog coming in from the Pacific Ocean. Made from grapes only grown in Knights Valley (AVA) the 2022 Ross Ranch Sauvignon Blanc is a mature wine, tasting quite grown up, opening up to a softer side when relaxed and will be there to pair with most any meal. Aged in 100% stainless steel, the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc delivers good acidity, yellow apple, lemon zest and a nice grassy finish that is light on the palette with a memorable taste.
Like a great best friend, our signature Ross Ranch 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is ready to always be there for you and have some fun. She’s a beautiful green and citrus white with a softer side when sipped. She can go out alone or be consumed with friends over a non-meal (what I call anything that is eaten with your hands), a beautiful light entrée or the juiciest of white meats and fish. She’s really the go to wine that you want near you when you need her. If you’re like me, I need her every day.

PAIRING
Pairs well with life. Actually, most of our wines do. We started this winery with the idea of what would we want to keep in our wine cellar which is why we’ve created easy to drink, rich and robust wines. Our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is best served young and pairs well with most any dish. A wide range of dishes compliment this herbaceous white wine and brings out its lovely flavors. She is easy on the palette and provides a smooth and crisp everyday wine that balances perfectly with a more light flavored meal, vegetable dishes and can also stand up many rich dishes such as lobster and sea bass. Overall, it’s a wine you can trust!
