Keith and Claudia Ross purchased Ross Ranch in 2018 in hopes of pursuing their dream of owning a vineyard dedicated to creating exceptional wine for their Ross Ranch wine label, which was previously established by the couple in 2002. Having purchased the property in Knights Valley which offers an exceptional combination of volcanic rich soil and a micro climate of warm days and cool nights for growing world class Cabernet Sauvignon, the Ross’ were soon able to expand their vision by planting their roots to create their own wine estate.
Very soon after purchasing the property the couple planted ten acres of Cabernet Sauvignon as well as a limited production of head pruned Zinfandel along Redwood Creek. With a passion and talent for winemaking, Keith and Claudia Ross have dedicated their brand to showcase varietals farmed only in Knights Valley. Today, they make estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel along with Sauvignon Blanc and a Bordeaux inspired Ranch Red. We hope you enjoy our wines as much as we love creating them.
